### Membership & Pricing FAQs

##### Do I need to be an athlete to join?

Not at all. Kinetic Sanctuary welcomes active adults, busy parents, athletes, and anyone looking to make time for recovery and relaxation. Your routine can reflect your goals, your schedule, and how you want to feel. 

##### Which membership is right for me?

 Recover offers four recovery visits per month for a regular reset. Restore includes unlimited sauna and cold plunge access, plus four compression sessions each month. Recharge includes unlimited sauna, cold plunge, and compression, plus two red light therapy sessions per month. Our team can help you compare the options. 

##### Can I book a session without a membership?

Yes. Individual sessions are available without a membership, making it easy to explore a service before choosing a regular recovery routine. 

##### Do you offer memberships for individual services?

Yes. Service-specific membership options are listed on the individual service pages. Explore your preferred service to compare its available memberships and single-session options.

##### Is there a minimum membership commitment?

 Our Recover, Restore, and Recharge memberships each have a three-month minimum commitment. Service-specific memberships may have different terms, which are listed with each option.

##### Is red light therapy included in every membership?

 Recharge includes two red light therapy sessions per month. Restore members can add red light sessions for $40 each, and Recharge members can purchase additional red light sessions for $25 each. Red light therapy is not included in Recover’s monthly visits or its $15 additional-session benefit. Applicable sales tax is additional.

##### Do I need an appointment?

 Booking ahead is recommended so you can reserve your preferred service and time. Appointments are subject to availability.

##### Can I use more than one service during a visit?

 You can plan multiple services during one visit, subject to availability and the benefits included in your membership. Each service needs its own reservation. Our team can help you coordinate your appointments.

Memberships automatically renew on the 1st or 15th of each month, based on the billing date you select when enrolling.  

Membership payments are processed automatically using your payment method on file. Please keep your payment information current to help avoid billing interruptions.

When you join, your first payment may be prorated to cover the period between your enrollment date and your first regular billing date. After that, your full membership fee will be charged automatically on your selected renewal date. 

 If a payment does not go through, please update your payment method and contact our team for assistance. Refer to your membership agreement for details about outstanding balances and any effect on service access. 

 

Contact our team to request a membership change or cancellation. Requests are subject to your membership agreement, including any minimum commitment and required notice period.

 

Please cancel or reschedule appointments as early as possible if your plans change. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to the booking policies provided when you enroll or reserve a service.

 

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the applicable billing & sales tax, automatic renewal, cancellation, freeze, booking, late cancellation, as well as no-show policies.
